Benefits of Yoga


We've re-introduced yoga onto our virtual community timetable. People missed it, and were keen to get it back into their routines. 

The group will be at 6pm every Monday evening, and accessible in the usual way via Zoom. You don’t need any special equipment, just yourself and a yoga mat (if you have one, if not any floor is fine). 

There are many mental and physical benefits to practicing yoga including:

  • Decrease levels of stress

  • Promotes restful sleep

  • Improves flexibility and balance

  • Can increase metabolism 

If you want to take part, contact us or your key worker for the password. You might love it, you might not, but you’ll never know unless you try!
