Bereavement Drop In Support Group

Losing someone you love, through substance use (directly or indirectly) is painful. After the loss of a partner, friend, child, other family member, or colleague you may experience many emotions, such as shock, anger and guilt and sometimes feel like the sadness will never end.

The group will :

Support you to connect, in a safe and nurturing environment. Offer opportunities for you to meet others who have been bereaved in similar circumstances to yourself and for you to know that you are not alone with these experiences. Help you learn about the grieving process and to learn strategies, by using tools and resources offered to help you cope. Due to Covid regulations, when you enter the building, you will be asked to complete a COVID questionnaire and wear a mask until you are in your group  room and sitting down. If you have any signs of COVID including a cough, loss of smell or taste or high temperature or you have been advised to self-isolate please do not attend.

Hope to see you there or any questions please contact Lisa on 07377184331 or Tracey on 07795684913.
