Many people will not make a change because they want to be able to change a behaviour that is negatively impacting their lives with a ‘perfect’ one. Making a change takes time - time to figure things out, time to learn new things, time to process.
Perfectionism is impossible - it can be liberating to know that you have the ability to live your best life without being perfect.
